However, when the pandemic hit, most of us were restricted and weren't able to frequent the gym for our strength trainings; or for those like us, simply lack the motivation to do so! 1) Dumbell Curls

I am sure most of us are familiar with this exercise. The basics of biceps training, simply with the use of two dumbell. But how did the pandemic change this exercise? Take a look at the video to find out
2) Face pull

It wouldn't be a list of cable exercises for shoulders if we did not mention face pulls. An excellent workout for the rear delts that I'm sure most of us had done before but little did we know, we were all training for this moment.....
3) Swimming
Swimming used to be one of the only time I’ll hold my breath except when my friend farts right beside me in class. Now that I don’t go swimming much anymore, this is pretty much the only time I have to hold my breath.

4) Lie Sit Stand

Our NS boys will find this the most relatable. What used to be thought of as an inefficient and pointless exercise, became what we do in our daily lives.
